The morning crew is great. The afternoon crew is decent. The night crew is disappointing. I work a lot so sadly I go to McDonald's often to eat. I go a lot after 9pm and it's ridiculous. I have witnessed someone throw fries into a car in front of me while screaming, but "it's okay because they work there". You pull up to the first window and they're too busy playing on their phone, and then they take a bite of something and try to talk to you with their mouth full. If that's not happening, you're waiting for the 3 people to stop gossiping so you can pay, and then when you pay you get to hear about how "that b*tch has another thing coming". Then you pull up to get your food and you don't see a soul for 2-3mins. And finally, the McDoubles look like someone has sat on them, the large fries are halfway full, and everything is cold. It's a bunch of teenagers who do not care about the rules or how they look to the customers. Going inside is no better when you can hear them cursing on the other side of the counter.
This McDonald's has a lot of teenagers working at it. That being said, it runs pretty well and efficient. They sometimes mess up orders but hey, that's a given at the drive thru isn't it? Going in is better. It's usually clean and not loud. They free wifi helps.
It is what it is. This McDonald's location used to be the best. It has gone downhill. Service is still speedy most times, but order has been wrong in drive-thru 7 out of the last 10 times. They correct it after I go inside to point out the issue. They make it right. Fries have not been as fresh lately. They are not cold, but they aren't piping hot like they used to be.
Very clean place , fresh good food. Staff is really nice. And as you can see there is a lady constantly cleaning dinning area. One of the better mc Donalds I have ate at
The lobby is clean and the drive thru people are very polite my only complaint is drive-thru never puts dipping sauces in then when you go back and ask for them which is a pain in the neck they act like we gave them to you which they do not so beware of that which I think is that every fast food place when you use the drive thru
