Last time I'll ever go back to this car wash. The guy that works there is very rude (owner?). I used my debit card and the water had zero water pressure and there wasn't any soap coming out. I asked the guy if it was broke and he said it was because I didn't have any money in my account - which wasn't the case. I even showed him my bank account and the 10 hold they put on your account. He said he doesn't give away free car washes. I said I'm not asking for a free car wash - just my money back so I can use a different stall. He said no refunds and went into that room and slammed the door. I went and asked my wife to politely go talk to this guy and he starts yelling at her and came and told me to move my car to the next spot and said he was tired of this ****. He started the next stall and I said I didn't want the free car wash so I drove off and will dispute the charge - just for the point of it. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO TO SUPER WASH NEXT TO WENDYS.
I just went through the automatic wash, it said Wednesday special best wash 1$ off, so i figured it was $7.50 it charged me $10 and then literly only rinsed my car! I want my money back now!
Didn't get my truck clean all the way down, left streaks of dirt all around in the automatic wash. Circular lines in the shape of the sprayers all around on my black paint. Maybe it's better on a different paint color? I'm still looking to find a good foam pad automatic wash instead of all of the touchless washes in the area.
Didn't clean the dust off my car :( sad I paid almost $9 and it literally did nothing. No listed number or website. Had good luck in the past but not recently and probably won't go back.
Got the $8.50 wash and the thing shut down before even making the fist pass on my truck. Tried calling the phone number and no answer. Went to the Super wash and had no problems. I'll keep trying to call but probably won't get anything. I won't be back.
