I'm all for everyone getting Christmas off to have a merry time with their family at home! However, I shop here EVERY DAY and I would have picked up several needed supplies for our Christmas day ventures ahead of time had I known that the store was going to be closed all day!
My rating is purely based on the greeter named Robert. Robert is the most kind hearted gentleman we've EVER met at ANY Walmart. A warm smile & encouraging words are a great welcome & end to our shopping trips. My daughter calls him Grandpa. That's right Robert...we dig ya' !!!
Employee customer reaction completely negative. Constantly switching items to keep you lost not good at all. Store is unkempt and uncapped stock wise. Dates are unchecked unnoticed and management is dismissive of customer needs and reactions which filters all the way down to their useless help. They do not care about employees at all they do not care about customer reactions they do not care about employee negativity and they encourage nothing less excuse me nothing more than a permanent part-time attitude.
I'm telling you I frequent this place every single day and nowhere did anyone put up a sign warning shoppers they would be closed for Christmas, nowhere did anyone make any attempt to put any information about when the store would reopen, either. You go there, every single light is on, no notes on the doors, no nothing, everything is locked. And you stand there in the freezing cold and realize you're totally screwed if you needed anything small to pull together your Christmas dinner.
Clean, low prices, carries a little of everything. Check out is slow and not always very friendly. If you are in a hurry you better go somewhere else. Some brands are not very good quality.
Would recommend going during the day if you plan on picking up a lot of stuff because at night there are only two cashier's open and it takes a while to get through everyone.
