The doctor was fine. The follow up by the office staff, including the office manager was inexcusable and shows blatant incompetence as well as an inability to take responsibility for their actions. Nearly 8 weeks later, my husband still doesn't have what he needs, despite us following up 1-2x each of those weeks & they continue to give us the run around. They also wouldn't give me an email or phone number to contact the doctor directly so here I am on a public forum hoping he sees what this customer has to say.
