I had to give a star..otherwise I would have given zero!! Today was the first time I had been at this thief/pawn shop, and I will never go again! I didn't feel welcome from the moment I walked in as the young man behind the counter seemed to be annoyed that I was interrupting his tv show. I brought in a bracelet to sell that was purchased for over 300.00, he said it wasn't worth anything at first..and said he couldn't give me anything. Then he offered me 30.00, not thinking he was trying to rip me off, I took it. I had it for about 5 years and had never worn it...not a jewelry person (it was a gift from my dad). As we are walking out...my kids see the exact same bracelet in their case for 150.00! It had probably been worn too! I told him I saw it for 150.00 in his case and he tells me he doesn't set the prices for items they sale. He was very rude to the other customer there as well, acting like he was annoyed by her presence as well, and even hopefully told her to control her children when the toddler skipped down the EMPTY hallway leading to the rear exit! I was completely appalled by his behavior and disgusted by his ability to completely rip me off. This establishment should be ashamed of its lack of customer service and shady business deals. I will never do business with them again...and will make it a point to let EVERYONE I know not to do business with them either!!
