Holistic Health and Colonics Center has changed my life! Elena is very knowledgeable in nutrition as well as the hydrotherapy. I was initially intimidated by the therapy, however Elena gently coached me through the process several times and now I feel like a pro! Through the colonics and other therapies at the center I have been able to rid my body of several chronic discomforts that I had struggles with for many years. Everyone deserves a little retreat for themselves. You have to invest in your self you can't pour from an empty cup! So glad I took the time out of my day to relax and unwind in the sauna.
