During our sign up she made it seem like they cared about us and if there was ever a problem with a landlord give them a call and they'll help make it better but this is clearly not true because we've had nothing but problems with our landlord since the beginning and Candi doesn't care at all... and any time you talk to her she'll act snippy with you.
They'll say whatever they need to say to your face to get you to sign forms that make their job move along swiftly and easily for them. Read everything they hand you and don't believe the words that come out of their mouth when you inquire what certain forms are for.
Since she started working there this year they have put up a sign in their building warning people that it is a felony to threaten government employees. What does that tell you about their service? They never needed a sign before.
Of course the only review on here is 5 stars, it was written by one of the head employees at this building! Candi MacPherson is the person who wrote that review and she is also the reason I'm giving this place one star she is always rude to people. There have been massive amounts of mistakes including all vouchers this year at this place.
