Recently downsized.
Friendly staff, new Jimmy Johns next door, don't take your stuff back in late.. if you want to keep it longer, call and re rent... you will experience no problems that way. Only complaints are 20 dollar deposits on certain games but that's understandable, and you still get your money back as long as you don't do something silly. Also, the Jimmy Johns smell comes into the video store and it's... a strange mix. I'm sure it smells better in the JJohns, lol.
