Very disappointed with the way this office handled a insurance/billing mistake. For a matter of $12 this dentist refused to see my children when we showed up for our appointment. Canceled us and refused to see us again with no phone call or warning. We had no prior issue. Spoke through her receptionist and did not even speak to us herself. We were patients there for 3 years. Mistakes happen and this "Christian" office handled this so incredibly wrong. Very very disappointed.
