I called the owner Ben on a Saturday to schedule something for upcoming Monday, expecting that to be their next working day. He said it was no problem to come out on Sunday to fix my furnace. After arriving 15 minutes early...which NEVER happens with a service company, Ben set out troubleshooting what was wrong. The thermostat was out, which I expected was the problem. He had it replaced within 20 minutes and the furnace ran great! Then as we stood in my garage and he was packing up another issue came up. The furnace quit heating. Just the pilot light and blower were running...After finding the loose wire causing the issue it worked great! Then again as he was packing up it quit heating yet again. Ben then located a pinched wire that had rubbed enough to become exposed and replaced it. Needless to say, the owner was at my house for about 2 hours fixing countless issues that kept popping up. My furnace is now running better than when I bought the house and the price was about $200 less than I expected. Great company! Great management! Great results! I highly recommend O'Hair's for anyone that is looking to support a local business!!!
