Excellent service! I didn't feel like they were trying to get more money than necessary out of me. They weren't pushing extra expenditures, which was very nice. Very friendly, down to earth and comfortable. What started as a fall check up that was already scheduled became a needed fix when the furnace stopped this morning. It was all taken care of quickly and cheerfully. I highly recommend Royal Comfort!
While the technician was very capable, we were surprised that after paying once, we were hit with another bill. When confronted, this was reduced, and another bill was sent, lifting my signature from another document, as if i approved of the change. I am definitely not recommending Royal Comfort for service.
